Reed bunting did not have characteristic male plumage: chestnut wing patches and cream supercilium noticed.
Two wigeon and snipe supposed to be there. May have seen both but did not see the yellow crown and white edge to the wing of the "wigeon". The "snipe" were about 6 in number, no movement, but could not see what the bill was like.
Suspected the lapwings to be ringed plover at first but noted brown patch at rear, no full white collar, general greyish appearance, and brownish head.
There was another small wader which I could not identify. It was very small (compared to the lapwings), black and white (too distant to see clearly), constantly changing direction, and had a call like kwee-ee.

Saturday 18th November @ Sheffield, 547B Crookesmoor Road

Coal tit present for a while, feeding on nuts. Caused aggression by blue tit.
