26A NEWTON HEATH
The shed is in the fork of the Ford-Aintree and Ford-Kirkby goods lines. The yard is visible from the lines.

Turn left outside Aintree Sefton Arms Station into Park Lane. Turn right into Ormskirk Road, and continue into Warbeck Moor. Go under the railway bridge and turn second right into Helsby Road. Continue along a cinder road over one railway bridge, and under another. This leads to the shed. Walking time 15 minutes.

26B AGECROFT
The shed is in the fork of the Pendleton Broad Street-Swinton, and Pendleton Broad Street-Clifton Junction lines. The yard is visible from both lines.

Turn right outside Pendleton Broad Street Station, or left outside Pendleton Station into Broughton Road. Turn left into Whit Lane, and continue along Langley Road. Turn left into Tagge Lane, cross the railway and a path leads from the left-hand side to the shed. Walking time 30 minutes.

26C BOLTON
The shed is on the west side of the Bolton Trinity Street-Clifton Junction line. The yard is visible from the line.

Turn left outside Bolton Trinity Street Station into Trinity Street, left again into Station Street and continue into Montcrieffe Street. Turn right into Lever Street, left into Nelson Street and continue into Crescent Road. Turn first left along a very short road and right along Back Crescent Road (at the back of a row of houses). The shed entrance is on the left-hand side. Walking time 15 minutes.
26D BURY
The shed is on the east side of the Bury (Bolton Street)-Radcliffe line. The yard is visible from the line.

From Bury Knowsley Street Station
Turn left outside Bury Knowsley Street Station along Knowsley Street. Turn right into Baron Street, and the shed entrance is on the left-hand side. Walking time 5 minutes.

From Bury Bolton Street Station
Turn right outside Bury Bolton Street Station into Bolton Street. Turn right into Silver Street and continue into Manchester Road. Turn right into Baron Street and the shed entrance is on the left-hand side. Walking time 10 minutes.
26E LEES (OLDHAM)
The shed is at the north side of Lees Station (closed). There is now no passenger service past the shed.

Proceed from Oldham (Mumps) Station into Coronation Street and turn right into Victoria Street. Turn right into Whitehead Street and left at the end into Pine Street. Turn right into Lees Road and continue into High Street, Lees. After about 14 miles turn left into St. John Street, and a cinder path leads to the shed from the right-hand side just past the railway bridge. Walking time 40 minutes.

The jointly operated Oldham to Manchester bus services pass the end of St. John Street.
26F PATRICROFT
The shed is in the fork of the Eccles-Patricroft and Eccles-Monton Green lines. The yard is partially visible from both lines.

Turn left outside Patricroft Station along a narrow road running parallel to the railway, and continue into Hampden Grove. A footbridge leads from the left-hand side of this road to the shed. Walking time 5 minutes.

Note.-The shed consists of two buildings in the form of a letter "L."
