I’d heard previously about HP’s Instant Ink scheme, and thought that, although it made life easier, it probably worked out expensive because you were tied to HP’s cartridges. But I decided to give it a try…
I opted for the 50 pages a month at £1.99pm since we don’t print a lot (scanning mainly). And lo and behold: I was given 12 months Free Trial that allowed upto 300 pages a month! And 2 days later, they sent out new cartridges! That is impressive!
Also, I discovered postings about Instant Ink on the MoneySavings Expert forum: you just stick your referal URL on there, someone uses it, and you both get an extra free month! So I now have nothing to pay till 25th April 2020, and get an allowance of 300 pages per month, with as many cartridges as that takes!
