Having settled on a template for the website for some long time, I thought it might be interesting to look at revamping it. The main reason was wanting to have a fixed horizontal menu, rather than the sidebar menu which took up a lot of the screen width. Plumped for W3C’s Startup template, which looks like it can handle everything I need.
It does mean changes to every single page, though – it’s not a quick CSS fix! It’s going to take some time, but I’m happy enough with what I’ve managed to convert so far. I do still like the minimalist idea of the old setup, but let’s see how it goes (I can revert without too much hassle. I think…)
