8.3 miles: Moscar – Stanage Edge – Burbage Edge – Padley Gorge – Grindleford station

7.6 miles: A climb onto Kinder via The Nab and Ringing Roger. Then along to Jaggers Clough and down to Clough Farm before ascending to Hollins Cross and taking the Hollowford track down to Castleton.

9.9 miles: From Edale to Kinder Downfall via Jacob’s Ladder, then back to Edale via Crowden Tower and Grindsbrook

7.1 miles: Moscar – Stanage Edge – Higger Tor – Carl Wark – Burbage Edge – Fox House

11.3 miles: Lodge Moor – Redmires – Stanage Edge – Burbage – Ringinglow Rd – Porter Clough – Hunters Bar – Crookes

10.2 miles: Clough Farm – Jaggers Clough – Swines Back – Jacobs Ladder – Edale

5.6 miles: Pwll Du – Keepers Pond – Blorenge – Garnddyrys – Pwll Du

6.4 miles: From north of Abergavenny to Sugar Loaf, then back to Abergavenny

8.7 miles: Crickhowell up onto Black Mountains for  a while, then down to the road

8.1 miles: A walk onto Corn Du, Pen Y Fan, but then abandoned because of wind and rain, so back down to the road via a precipitous!) sheep trod and road into Brecon

12.7 miles: From Llanthony, up onto the Offa’s Dyke route as far as Hay Bluff, then down to Hay on Wye
