Board a No. 52 (Springburn) bus in Hope Street and alight at the railway bridge in Hawthorn Street. A path leads to the shed from the north-east side of this bridge. Journey time 25 minutes.

City to Parkhead
Board a No. 1 or lA (Sandyhills) or a No. 58 (Dalmarnock) or a No. 60 (Bailleston) bus in St. Vincent Street or George Square and alight at the comer of Duke Street and Shettleston Road. A cinder path leads to the shed from the north side of Shettleston Road at this point. Journey time 25 minutes.

City to Polmadie
Board a southbound No. lOl (Shawfield or Rutherglen) trolley bus in High Street or Saltmarket and alight at Polmadie Road. Walk up Polmadie Road and the shed entrance is on the left-hand side just before the railway under-bridge. Journey time 25 minutes.

Alternative route:
Board a No. 7 (Kingsbridge) or a No. 7A (Kilmorie Drive) or a No. 12 (Toryglen) bus in St. Enoch Square and alight at the junction of Aikenhead Road and Calder Street. Continue along Calder Street and turn left at the end into Polmadie Road. The shed entrance is on the right-hand side just past the railway bridge.

City to St. Rollox (Balarnock)
Board an eastbound No. ll (Provanmill) or No. llA (Robroyston) bus in Sauchiehall Street or Parliamentary Road and alight at Broomfield Road. Walk along Broomfield Road and the shed entrance is on the right-hand side just past the railway bridge. Journey time 25 minutes.

City to Yoker
Board a No. 63 (Dalmuir West or Yoker) or No. 64 (Dalmuir West or Yoker) bus in Argyle Street and alight at the Elderslie Bar, Yoker. Walk up Dyke Road and the shed entrance is on the left—hand side just past the railway under-bridge.

Yoker to Dawsholm
Return to the Elderslie Bar and board a No. 63 (Dalmarnock) or No. 64 (Auchenshuggle) bus. Alight at Balshagray Avenue and board a No. 33 (Gairbraid Avenue) bus at this point. Alight at Kelvindale Road and proceed along this road until the shed entrance is reached on the right—hand side.

Dawsholm to Eastfield
Return to Maryhill Road and board a southbound No. 61 bus to the end of Bilsland Drive. This is only a short distance and may be walked in ten minutes. At this point board an eastbound No. 18 or 18A (Springburn) bus and alight at the railway bridge in Hawthorn Street. Go under the railway bridge and the shed entrance is on the left.

Eastfield to Cowlairs Works
Cross Hawthorn Street into Blackthorn Street and turn right into Memel Street. Cross the railway by means of the footbridge on the right into Sheppard Street. Turn right into Cowlairs Road and ascend the flight of steps at the end to the station platform. A footbridge leads from the platform to the works.

Cowlairs Works to St. Rollox Works
Walk along Cowlairs Road to the junction with Springburn Road. At this point board a southbound No. 37, 45 or 55 bus and alight at the works entrance adjacent to St. Rollox Station.

St. Rollox Works to St. Rollox Shed (Balornock)
Turn left outside the works entrance and walk a short distance to the corner of Royston Road. Board an eastbound 11 or 11A bus or a No. 101 (Riddrie) trolleybus and alight at Broomfield Road. The shed entrance is on the right a short distance along ths road.
St. Rollox Shed to Parkhead

Return to the end of Broomfield Road, board a south-bound No. 101 (Shawfield or Rutherglen) trolley bus and alight at Duke Street. At this point board a No. 1 or 1A (Sandyhills) or a No. 58 (Dalmarnock) bus. Alight at the corner of Duke Street and Shettleston Road. A path leads to the shed from the north side of Shettleston Road close to this point.

Parkhead to Kipps
Return to Shettleston Road and board any eastbound S.M.T. bus for Coatbridge or beyond. Alight at Coatbridge Fountain and walk along Sunnyside Road (Parallel to the Coatdyke line). Bear right with this road and turn left into Dunbeth Road, crossing the railway. Turn right almost immediately into Burnbank Street, and a cinder path leads to the shed from a gate on the right-hand side.

Kipps to Motherwell
Return to the traffic lights by Coatbridge Fountain and board a Motherwell bus. Alight at the railway under-bridge just before Motherwell Station and a rough roadway leads to the shed from the left hand side just before this bridge.

Motherwell to Hamilton
Return to the main road and walk a short distance to the traffic lights in the centre of Motherwell. Board a westbound No. 61, 64, 67, 68 or 69 bus to Hamilton West Station at this point. A drive leads along the west side of the station to the shed.

Hamilton to Polmadie
Return to the main road and board a No. 64, 68 or 69 (Glasgow via Cambuslang) bus. Alight at Polmadie Road and walk a short distance along this road to the shed entrance on the left-hand side.

Polmadie to Corkerhill
Turn left outside the shed into Polmadie Road and right into Calder Street. At the corner of Aikenhead Road board a No. 7 or 7A (St. Enoch Square) or a No. l2 (St. Enoch Square) bus and alight at Eglinton Toll (Victoria Street). Walk round the road barrier into Eglinton Street and board a No. 59 (Mosspark) bus. Alight at the corner of Dumbreck Road and Mosspark Boulevard and continue along Dumbreck Road, crossing the railway bridge. A cinder path leads along the side of the line to the shed from a gate on the right-hand side just past the bridge.

Corkerhill to City
Return via No. 59 bus route to Union Street or Renlield Street, for a short walk to any of the main—line termini.
